Mr. Beutel is President of Oakwest Corporation Ltd, Toronto, Ontario, an investment management and holding company. Mr. Beutel is a director of several public and private companies, including Chairman of Strongco Income Fund and Hanfeng Evergreen, Inc. He also serves as director of Accord Financial Group and Tricon Forfaiting Fund Limited. Mr. Beutel was appointed to the board in May 2008.
